  25 minutes to get drinks. After we ordered the server came back 20 minutes later asking why we ordered. Hostess had to refill our drinks.. I usually give a restaurant 3 stiles... I've given this place a nine ending ball game just because I like the cheese fries..even know most of the time they aren't fit to eat.. but now I'm done.. I'd starve because I ever eat here again.

  Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at, but I won't eat at this location EVER again. Not because of one bad experience, but multiple repeating terrible experiences. The management is the worst I've ever seen. Waiting to get seated is the only part of the experience that is ok. After that, it's a disaster. 20-30 minute wait times, just to get a drink order (which has been wrong on several occasions). If our drinks ever arrive (after chasing down a different tables waitress) we order our food. 3 out of the last 4 times I went, my food order was wrong. My order was not complex (chicken nachos). I have never been impatient with the staff, just annoyed. This restaurant will not stay open unless corporate steps in and fixes this restaurant. There is no telling how much profit has already been lost. I'm not the only one upset. Many couples in the restaurant were also upset, and word is traveling fast. I absolutely do not recommend going here. Try another location.

  So, let's start at the beginning;me and my wife walk in and wait for a hostess at the host stand then have to further wait for her to clean a table because they're all dirty from prior business. Being that it had been prom night maybe that is excusable I think. Then, we wait for 10 minutes while the 2 tables around us that were seated after us have their drink orders taken and delivered so by time our server made it to our table we were ready with our drink orders, app order, and entree orders. At which point we are informed that the fajita beef cannot be cooked to customer preferred doneness because it is prepacked and precooked offsight. The burger the I ordered can be cook the specific temp but, alas, receiving it thusly was a fail of epic proportions. While we waited our 25 minutes for our 2 precooked entree's, we witnessed no less than 3 servers deliver food to other table's with FOOD HANGING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS. DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Do not reward this establishment for giving the surrounding city and county a reputation of bad work ethic and management.

  The problem is the waitresses are horrible. You go in and sit down, they walk past you as if your not there. I tried to call and speak with a manager and they hung up on me. What a waste
